How we work!

All our reception desks are manufactured to order, with the majority being manufactured bespoke to our clients specifications. To keep costs to a minimum for our clients we do not have “sales reps”; we work with our clients via email and telephone. We can work from a simple sketch or a plan drawing. All our brochures which contain the size and finish options of our standard units can be emailed. Finish samples can be sent to clients on request.

All we require from our client is a simple sketch of the proposed reception area (with the measurements and some information regarding their requirements, such as how many will be working at the reception desk, what will be used on it, is privacy an issue and what finish(es) may be required). We can then plot a reception desk into the dimensions supplied and forward a quotation for the most cost effective reception desk we can manufacture.

Rendered Drawings

If the quotation is within our clients budget, and they wish to progress the enquiry we can offer a rendered drawing, which is a visual of what the reception desk will resemble once manufactured. We do not charge for the first rendered drawing, it is FREE, but should further rendered drawing be required, there is a nominal charge of £55.00 + VAT per drawing

All prices quoted include our standard FREE delivery and installation: The delivery, assembly, levelling and fastening together of the units, supplied to the dimensions and specifications discussed with, and agreed to by our clients, to a ground floor location (with adequate parking), cleared and ready for the reception desk. Our reception desks and counters are primarily “free standing” units and the only “on site” work we do is the fitting of a wall fixing box for a gate and flap unit when necessary. We deliver Monday to Friday, between 7am and 5pm- timed at our convenience.
